In July 2009, Electric Cloud® announced the extension of its Software Production Management offerings to the public cloud. The company’s ElectricCommander® software production automation solution now features integration with the Amazon Web Services™ platform. This allows ElectricCommander to dynamically manage compute resources running in the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), in addition to or instead of running on in-house resources. Additionally, for those seeking pure public cloud environments, Electric Cloud’s full product line is now validated to run entirely on the Amazon Web Services platform.
