Red Hat CloudForms lets you create and manage Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) private and hybrid clouds.

CloudForms incorporates both application lifecycle management and the ability to create integrated clouds from a broad range of computing resources with portability across physical, virtual, and cloud computing resources.

CloudForms also helps organizations build on-premise solutions that leverage JBoss Enterprise Middleware to streamline and simplify application and service provisioning. It lets them evolve their middleware to incorporate attributes associated with on-premise Platform-as-a-Service clouds such as self-service provisioning.
