Enable Guided Access

Sort Your Files

Sorting the files on your iPhone will allow you to easily locate them when required. Apple provides you with four different ways to sort your files on iPhone, and you may use one among these options for better file organization.

You can select to sort files by Name that allows you to organize your files alphabetically. Use Date if you wish to organize files with the date you last modified the file or select the Size option if you wish to sort files by their volumes. Lastly, select to sort the files using Tags.

Recover Deleted Items

Imagine you are working on a thesis and saving multiple files into the single folder belonging to your project. While organizing the files in the folder, you accidentally delete an important file permanently from the iOS 13.

If you are planning to install a file recovery app from the web, you need to know that Apple’s built-in File app allows users to recover the deleted files almost instantly. Open the File app, tap on Locations, and select Recently Deleted. 

Next, select the desired file you want to recover by selecting the top right-hand corner, and then tap on Recover. The deleted file will be restored back, and you can resume your work normally.

Move Files Across Cloud Drives

As Apple provides you access to third-party software like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., you can easily move your data from one drive to another. You can just first select the desired file that you want to transfer, then long-press it and tap on Move or Copy. 

Now go to the location where you want that file and then paste it. After that, your data will be uploaded from one cloud to another drive.
